The profession of a kindergarten teacher

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma „Profese učitele mateřské školy“ pojednává o profesi učitele v předškolním vzdělávání, jejích specifikách a prestiži. V teoretické části se věnuje analýze profesionálních činností pedagoga, mezi které patří i spolupráce mezi rodiči a učiteli. Téma spolupráce je stěžejním prvkem výzkumného šetření v praktické části práce. Ta má za cíl objasnit názory rodičů na náplň práce učitelů v mateřské škole a na vzájemnou spolupráci mezi oběma skupinami. Učitelé měli možnost vyjádřit se ke své profesi, a vyjádřit svůj názor, jak sami hodnotí vzájemnou spolupráci s rodiči.

Abstract:

Bachelor’s thesis on „The profession of a kindergarten teacher“ discusses the profession of a teacher in preschool education, its specifications and prestige. Theoretical part concerns the analysis of the prefessions’ tasks which also include the cooperation between parents and teachers. The theme of cooperation is one of the vital points in the practical part which is aimed to clarify parents’ opinions about the contents of a teachers’ job and mutual cooperation between these two groups. Teachers were given a space to express their opinions about their profession and cooperation with children’s parents.
