A Design Application for Reclamation Registration

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou a popisem návrhu webové aplikace pro zpracování reklamací. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zaměří na vysvětlení zákonů a správných postupů souvisejících s reklamací, možnostmi zabezpečení webu, popíše principy použitých technologií a rešerši již fungujících programů. Praktická část se věnuje samotnému návrhu webové aplikace, která bude zpracovávat záruční a nezáruční reklamace, zobrazovat přehled skladových zásob a obratů a přijaté rezervace. Cílem práce je vytvořit návrh webové aplikace pro zpracování reklamací za použití technologií HTML, CSS a seznámit čtenáře s výše popsanou tematikou.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation and description of the design of a web application for processing reclamations. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will focus on the explanation of laws and correct procedures related to reclamations, the possibilities of web security, as well as describe the principles of technologies used and research for existing programs. The practical part is devoted to the design of a web application, which will process warranty and non-warranty complaints, display an overview of inventory and income and reservations received. The aim of the work is to create a design of a web application for processing reclamations using HTML, CSS technologies and to acquaint readers with the above-described topics.
