Abstract:

Tato práce má za cíl analyzovat efektivnost nabídky pro spotřebitele u jednotlivých mnou vybraných bank, také seznámit spotřebitele s nabídkou instrumentů a s formou platebního styku v rámci České republiky. Úvodem vymezuji pojem platební styk, uvádím ty nejhlavnější právní normy, kterými se řídí. První kapitola patří formě platebního styku, jako například je hotovostní, bezhotovostní, vnitrobankovní, mezibankovní, tuzemský či zahraniční. V druhé kapitole stručnou charakteristikou popisuji ty nejznámější druhy instrumentů platebního styku, s kterými se spotřebitel (klient) může v praxi setkat. Ve třetí kapitole jsem se následnou analýzou zaměřila na nabídku vybraných bank a provedla analýzu efektivnosti pro spotřebitele, na základě zvolených rozhodovacích ukazatelů jako je kategorie „dostupnosti poboček a bankomatů“, které banky umožňují svých klientům na českém trhu, specificky jsem vymezila oblast města Brna, abych mohla konkrétněji porovnat přínos pro spotřebitele. Další rozhodovací kategorií jsem zvolila „rychlost zpracování“ a nakonec v poslední kategorii jsem provedla srovnání „ceny“ za vybrané ukazatele této analýzy. Závěrem jsem provedla celkové porovnání a uvedla finální výsledek mé analýzy, která z uvedených bank je v globále pro spotřebitele tou nejefektivnější a která jen v určité rozhodovací kategorii.

Abstract:

This work aims to analyze the effectiveness of consumer choice in my choice of banks, also to familiarize consumers with a range of instruments and form of payment in the Czech Republic. Firstly to define the concept of payment, mention the major ones legal rules which govern it. The first chapter is one form of payment, such as the cash, noncash, intrabank, interbank, domestic or foreign. In the second chapter it briefly describes the characteristics of the most popular types of payment instruments, with which the consumer (client) may encounter in practice. In the third chapter, I follow the analysis focused on the supply of selected banks and analyze the effectiveness of consumer decision-making on the basis of selected indicators as a category is "availability of branches and ATMs, the banks allow their customers on the Czech market, specifically, I define the city of Brno, I can compare the benefits specifically for consumers. Another decision I chose the category "processing speed", and then in the last category, I confronted a "prize" for the selected indicators in this analysis. Finally, I made an overall comparison and presented the final result of my analysis, which of these banks in the global consumer is the most efficient and that one with a certain category of decision-making.
