This bachelor's thesis deals with the issues of the Vertebrogenic Disease of Degenerative Origin. It consists of 3 main parts: the General Part, the Special Part and the Case Study. The General Part focuses on description of spinal anatomy, etiology of the disease, possibilities of prevention and therapy. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou vertebrogenného algického syndrómu degeneratívnej etiológie. Je zložená z troch hlavných častí - všeobecnej, špeciálnej a kazuistiky. Vo všeobecnej časti sa venujem popisu anatómie chrbtice, etiológii ochorenia, možnostiam prevencie a terapie. V špeciálnej časti popisujem možnosti komplexnej liečebnej rehabilitácie ochorenia.
