Medical rehabilitation plan and process in treatment of vertebrogenic disease of degenerative origin

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issues of the Vertebrogenic Disease of Degenerative Origin. It consists of 3 main parts: the General Part, the Special Part and the Case Study. The General Part focuses on description of spinal anatomy, etiology of the disease, possibilities of prevention and therapy. The Special Part illustrates possibilities of complex therapeutical rehabilitation of the disease. The Case Study contains application of therapeutical approaches described in the Special Part on a particular example of a patient with this diagnose treated with rehabilitation.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou vertebrogenného algického syndrómu degeneratívnej etiológie. Je zložená z troch hlavných častí - všeobecnej, špeciálnej a kazuistiky. Vo všeobecnej časti sa venujem popisu anatómie chrbtice, etiológii ochorenia, možnostiam prevencie a terapie. V špeciálnej časti popisujem možnosti komplexnej liečebnej rehabilitácie ochorenia. Kazuistika zahŕňa aplikáciu liečebných postupov popísaných v špeciálnej časti na konkrétnom prípade rehabilitačne liečenej pacientky s touto diagnózou.
