Methods of their rights and obligations of shareholders and the authorities of these companies. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá Likvidáciou obchodných spoločností. Prvá kapitola analyzuje jednotlivé obchodné spoločnosti vo všeobecnosti. Spôsoby ich vzniku, práva a povinnosti spoločníkov ako aj orgány týchto spoločností. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na dôvody a spôsoby, pre ktoré sa obchodné spoločnosti zrušujú, či už dobrovoľne alebo z rozhodnutia súdu. Tretia kapitola konkrétne charakterizuje zrušenie …more
