Diplomová práce se zabývá smlouvou o zájezdu a jejím zánikem. Cílem práce je shrnutí možných řešení „voucherů“ z hlediska tuzemské a evropské úpravy (s přihlédnutím k praxi). Abstract:
The master´s thesis deals with a travel contract and its termination. The aim of the thesis is to sum up what the solutions of "vouchers" in terms of domestic and European regulations (taking into account the practice) are.
