Abstract:
Předložená práce je zaměřena na hodnocení projektu. Hlavním cílem je vyhodnocení konkrétního projektu ve společnosti Kdynium a. s. z časového a finančního hlediska. Nejdříve bylo nutné uvést základní pojmy z projektového řízení a jednotlivé metody používané pro hodnocení projektů. This bachelor thesis is focused on Project Evaluation. The main goal of this thesis is evaluation of specific project in the company Kdynium a. s. in time and financial aspect. At first it was necessary to introduce the basic concepts of project management and methods which are used to evaluation of the projects.
