Accounting and tax aspects of foreign employment in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá účetními a daňovými aspekty zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice. Předmětem práce je identifikace problematických míst zaměstnávání cizinců, a to na základě provedené analýzy účetních a daňových předpisů. Je provedena charakteristika pracovněprávních vztahů a analýza sociálního a zdravotního pojištění v oblasti zaměstnávání cizinců. Následně jsou veškeré zjištěné teoretické poznatky aplikovány na vybraný ekonomický subjekt, který využívá více možných forem zaměstnávání.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with accounting and tax aspects of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The subject of the thesis is the identification of problematic places of employment of foreigners based on analysis of accounting and tax regulations. The characteristics of labor-law relations and analysis of social and health insurance in the area of employment of foreigners are carried out. Subsequently, all theoretical findings are applied to a selected economic entity that uses multiple forms of employment.
