Abstract:
Práce popisuje jakost a ISO normu, zabývá se definováním pojmů, vztahů, zásadami, hodnocením a jednotlivými znaky. Popisuje proces přijetí normy ISO. V praktické části je práce zaměřena na charakterizování firmy NOVO ? Jaroslav Novotný, s.r.o., na její infrastrukturu a funkčnost zavedeného systému.
Abstract:
Labour describe duality and ISO norm, deal with notions definition, with relations, with principles, with evaluation and with individual characters. Describe process acceptance of ISO norm. In practical part is labour oriented on characterize the firm NOVO ? Jaroslav Novotný, s.r.o., it?s infrastructure and utility of introduced system.
