Abstract:
Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo definovať a zhodnotiť faktory vplývajúce na efektívne využívanie a uplatňovanie zákona o verejnom obstarávaní v Slovenskej republike (ďalej len „SR“) a naznačiť možnosti zlepšenia súčasného stavu zvyšovania jeho efektívnosti. Problematiku sme prakticky dokumentovali analýzou výdavkov verejných financií uskutočnených formou verejného obstarávania v Štátnej pokladnici.
