The Importance of Quality Leadership of a Firm

Anotace:

The main goal is to demonstrate the importance of leadership using a real company example by revealing its strengths and weaknesses regarding its leadership strategy. The company’s leadership structure will be assessed by dealing with problems concerning motivation of the employees, communication structures within the company, systems of organization of the company’s work processes and division of responsibilities and competencies. Also, the qualities and talents of the leader will be examined with the aim of finding out whether he is relevant and able to lead the team of people towards greater efficiency based on his traits and characteristics. In the theoretical part, a literature review will be made concerning the issues of management and leadership, leadership strategies, main qualities of a good leader, motivation and organization structures of a company. Definitions and characteristics of all topics will be provided using methods such as critical evaluation of sources, abstraction, induction and deduction. In the practical section of the thesis, information about a real company example will be gathered using quantitative and qualitative research methods. The scientific methods used will be surveys, interviews and brainstorming. The gathered information will be assessed based on the theoretical background and after comparing all outcomes a conclusion will be constructed. Based on facts and reasonable conclusions about the main issues concerning motivation, organization, communication and the qualities of the leader, the final result will show the company’s level of quality leadership.
