The work concerns itself with the stylistic comparison of the column " culture" two German newspapers, „Die Zeit“ and „Prager Zeitung“. Theoretical part summarises important informations about the theory of stylistick and mass media. All the theoretical information is used in the practical part. Diplomová práce se zabývá stylistickým srovnáním rubriky kultura dvou německých periodik, „Die Zeit“ a „Prager Zeitung“. Diplomová práce je složena ze dvou částí. Teoretická část práce shrnuje důležité poznatky týkající se teorie stylistiky a masmédií. Všechny teoretické poznatky jsou doloženy v praktické části.
