Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou individuálních pracovních smluv v Nařízení Brusel I bis a Nařízení Řím I. Nejdříve je shrnuta právní úprava pojmu individuální pracovní smlouva v hlavních pramenech. Následně se práce věnuje určení příslušnosti u individuálních pracovních smluv a prorogaci. This thesis deals with individual employment contracts in the Brussels I bis Regulations and Rome I Regulations. First, the concept of individual employment contracts is summarized with respect to the major sources of regulation. Then, jurisdiction and the jurisdiction clause are described.
