Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá digitální forenzní analýzou se zaměřením na její právní aspekty. Zmiňuje a rozvádí jakým právním a technickým výzvám současná digitální forenzní analýza čelí a jaké podmínky musí být splněny pro takto vytěžené důkazy před soudy.
