Abstract:
Popis jednotlivých variant pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu motorových vozidel na českém pojistném trhu. Srovnání těchto variant u vybraných pojišťoven. Srovnání doplňkového pojištění. Analýza kladných a negativních stránek současné podoby v tomto druhu pojištění. Návrh možných kroků ke zlepšení. Závěrečné zhodnocení posledního vývoje povinného ručení a jeho současného stavu.
