Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou možností, jakými si lze obstarat bydlení v osobním vlastnictví v Praze. Zaměřuje se zejména na možnost účasti v privatizačním procesu, jakožto méně známou metodu. Cílem celé práce bylo zjistit, zda je privatizace tou nejvýhodnější možností z hlediska ceny. Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of possibilities how to obtain a private housing in Prague. It focuses mainly on the less known method, the possibility of participation in the privatization process.
