Tato diplomová práce pojednává o dědické smlouvě, která je nejsilnějším dědickým titulem. Tento institut byl do našeho právního řádu začleněn s účinností nového občanského zákoníku po téměř více jak 60 letech. Abstract:
The diploma thesis explores the inheritance agreement, as the strongest title to inherit. This legal concept has been introduced into the Czech legislation by the New Civil Code after more than 60 years. Although the inheritance agreement had been included in Czech law until the Civil Code of 1950 came into effect, it is still fairly unknown and continues to raise many issues even among the professional …more
