Tenkovrstvé povlaky na bázi kovových skel Zr-Hf-Cu

Abstract:

V rámci diplomové práce byly připraveny tři série vrstev Zr-Hf-Cu, které jsou deponovány vysokovýkonovým pulzním magnetronovým nazprašováním HiPIMS v depoziční komoře. Depozice byly prováděny v atmosféře argonu. Základní tlak před každým ukládáním byl nižší než 5×10-5 Pa. První série byla s obsahem 46 at.% Cu, zatímco druhá série byla s 59 at.% Cu a třetí byla s 68 at.% Cu. Cílem bylo zhodnotit vliv poměru Hf/(Hf+Zr) na strukturu, tepelné chování, mechanické a povrchové vlastnosti vrstev.

Abstract:

As part of the diploma thesis were prepared three series of Zr-Hf-Cu layers, applied by highly efficient HiPIMS pulse magnetron sputtering in the deposition chamber. The depositions were performed in an atmosphere of argon. The basic pressure before each depositing was less than 5x10-5 Pa. The first series contained 46 at.% Cu, while the second series had 59 at.% Cu and the third one 68 at.% Cu. The aim was to evaluate the influence of the Hf /(Hf + Zr) ratio on the structure, thermal behavior, mechanical and surface properties of the layers.
