Resocialising concept of education in Salesians center Don Bosco

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na způsob a metody práce s mládeží z institucionální a pěstounské péče v Salesiánském klubu mládeže, z.s. Centrum don Bosco. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část prvotně představuje osobu dona Bosca a jeho preventivně výchovný systém. Následovně jsou popsány pojmy jako socializace, sociální normy, sociálně patologické jevy spolu s poruchami chování a následně je zobrazen pojem resocializace. Dále je zde zobrazen systém institucionální péče a pěstounské péče společně s jejich riziky. Empirická část je zaměřena na výzkum, který byl realizován v Centru don Bosco, formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Cílem tohoto výzkum je zobrazit činnost Centra don Bosco, jehož cílovou skupinou jsou děti a mládež z institucionální péče a pěstounské péče. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí triangulace metod, která se skládá z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky Centra don Bosco a jejich klienty, zúčastněného pozorování a obsahové analýzy dokumentů.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the way and methods of working with youth from institutional and foster care in Salesian Center Don Bosco in Pardubice. Diploma thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part initially represents Don Bosco as a person and preventive educational system. Consequently, concepts such as socialization, social norms, social pathological phenomena along with behavioural disorders are described, followed by the concept of resocialization. At the end of the theoretical part is shown the system of institutional care and foster care together with their risks. Empirical part is focused on the research, which was conducted at the Center of Don Bosco, in the form of qualitative research. This research analyzes the activities of the Center Don Bosco which has as a target group children and young people from institutional care and foster care. The research was conducted using triangulation methods, consisting of semi-structured interviews with Center staff and their clients, attended observations and content analysis of documents.
