Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem výstavby a provozu bioplynových stanic a jeho dopady na lokální rozvoj z pohledu obyvatel obce – případová studie Uherčice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku spojenou s rozvojem bioplynových stanic a jejich dopady na lokální úrovni. Jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy související s tématikou. V praktické části je podrobně představena vybraná lokalita Uherčice, kde se bioplynová stanice nachází a dosavadní ohlasy na její provoz. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření od místních obyvatel jsou zjištěny pozitivní a negativní vlivy vybudování a provozování bioplynové stanice. V závěru práce přináší doporučení, která mohou být přínosná pro budoucí rozvoj bioplynových stanic v ČR především z hlediska řešení konfliktů mezi provozovateli a místním obyvatelstvem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the construction and operation of biogas stations and their impacts on local development from the point of view of the inhabitants of the village – case study Uherčice. The theoretical part focuses on the issues related to the development of biogas stations and their impact on the local level. Key terms related to the topic are defined. The practical part describes in detail the selected Uherčice locality and the current response to the operation of the biogas station. By means of a questionnaire survey from the local population, the positive and negative effects of the construction and operation of the biogas station have been identified. At the conclusion of the work, it makes recommendations that may benefit the future development of biogas stations in the Czech Republic in particular in terms of resolving conflicts between operators and the local population.
