The monitoring of activity of muscle of soft knee during the sport

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaký vliv má rekonstrukce předního zkříženého vazu, po jeho ruptuře, na svalovou aktivitu a timing vybraných svalů kolenního kloubu. Mezi vybrané svaly patří m. rectus femoris, m. vastus medialis, m. vastus lateralis a hamstringy, které jsou dle literatury, uvedené jako nejvýznamnější pro měření svalové aktivity v oblasti kolene. Sledování svalové činnosti probíhalo ve čtyřech statických polohách. Výsledkem naší práce je zjištěna svalová aktivita a timing v porovnání dvou sledovaných skupin rekreačních sportovců. 1. skupina byla utvořena z probandů, kteří byli rekonstrukci předního zkříženého vazu pomocí BTB techniky oproti 2. skupině, která sestávala z probandů, kteří neměli žádná poranění v oblasti kolene. V diskuzi dále porovnáváme výsledky s jinými studiemi. Tato práce by mohla být přínosem pro další měření svalové aktivity a timingu jednotlivých hlav m. quadriceps femoris po plastice předního zkříženého vazu pomocí BTB techniky po správně zařazeném rehabilitačním plánu.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out what effect the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament, after its rupture, has on the muscle activity and timing of selected muscles of the knee joint. Selected muscles include the rectus femoris, vastus medialis, vastus lateralis and hamstrings, which are, according to the literature, listed as the most important for measuring muscle activity in the knee. Monitoring of muscle activity took place in four static positions. The result of our work is determined muscle activity and timing in comparison of two monitored groups of recreational athletes. The 1st group was formed from probands who had a reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament using the BTB technique compared to the 2nd group, which consisted of probands who had no injuries in the knee area. In the discussion, we further compare the results with other studies. This work could be a benefit for further measurement of muscle activity and timing of individual heads of the quadriceps femoris muscle after anterior cruciate ligament plastic surgery using the BTB technique after a correctly classified rehabilitation plan.
