Abstract:
V závěrečné práci se zabývám tématem právní úpravy prostituce. Teoretická část obsahuje teoretické pojmy a východiska, které přibližují problematiku prostituce. Druhá část je zaměřena na vývoj právní úpravy prostituce a na různé přístupy států k tomuto tématu. V praktické části se zabývám jednotlivými návrhy zákonů v České republice od roku 1989 a zkoumám důvody, které vedly k zamítnutí těchto návrhů …more

In the final thesis I deal with the topic of legal regulation of prostitution. The theoretical part contains theoretical concepts and bases, which describe the issue of prostitution. The second part is focused on the development of legal regulation of prostitution and on different approaches of countries to this topic.
