Abstract:
Práce byla věnována stanovení Hg, Ag, Cu, Ca, K a Mg v různých druzích laboratorně ošetřených lišejníků metodou ICP-MS na spektrometru Agilent 7900. Vzorky byly před vlastní analýzou mineralizovány v mikrovlnné peci, konkrétně byly analyzovány vzorky lišejníku Evernia prunastri, Cladonia arbuscula a Peltigera canina. Abstract:
This work describes the use of the Agilent 7900 ICP-MS for the analysis of Evernia prunastri, Cladonia arbuscula and Peltigera canina lichen samples incubated with solutions containing Hg or Ag, Cu and Ag/Cu. A microwave digestion procedure was applied to digest the samples. The data quality obtained for these analytes was assessed by measuring three certified standard reference materials.
