Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku životní spokojenosti a pracovní motivace produktových specialistů ve farmaceutické společnosti a na základě dotazníkového výzkumu je navržen motivační program.
Abstract:
The dissertation focuses on an analysis of life satisfaction and work motivation of pharmaceutical product specialists and problems related to the topic. The dissertation suggests new motivational program, which is based on extended survey.
