Project to Extend Services in the Home of Seniors SENIOR Otrokovice, p.o.

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je projekt rozšíření služeb organizace SENIOR Otrokovice, p. o. Teoretická část se věnuje rozboru literárních pramenů, které se zaobírají základními charakteristikami systému sociálních služeb v ČR, zvláště oblastí péče o seniory, specifiky řízení organizace sociálních služeb a základy marketingu. V praktické části bylo pomocí marketingových analýz posouzeno postavení organizace Otrokovice, p.o., na trhu, na jehož základě byl vypracován projekt rozšíření služeb organizace, včetně časové, nákladové a rizikové analýzy. Cílem projektu je zavedení nových služeb, se kterými budou senioři spo-kojeni a organizaci zajistí zvýšení zájmu o jejich služby.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is a project of the extension service organization SENIOR Otro-kovice, p. o. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of literary sources that deal with the basic characteristics of the system of social services in the CZECH republic, especially areas of care of the elderly, the specifics of the management of the organization of social services and the basics of marketing. In the practical part was using marketing analyses assessed the status of organization Otrokovice, p.o., on the market, on the basis of which was developed the project of the extension services of the organization, including time, cost and risk analysis. The aim of the project is the introduction of new services, which will seniors are satisfied and the organization will ensure an increase in interest in their services.
