The System of Human Resource Management in International Company Adp Employer Services Česká Republika, a.s.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním vybraných oblastí řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnostech. Teoretická část je věnována studiu světových mechanismů, trendů a metod řízení lidských zdrojů jak v malých podnicích, tak i v mezinárodních korporacích. Praktická část práce se věnuje analýze současného stavu vybraných oblastí řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti ADP Employer Services Česká republika, a.s., která je českou pobočkou mezinárodní společnosti ADP Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Na základě provedeného výzkumu – dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti, vlastního pozorování jako zaměstnance a osobního rozhovoru s ředitelem oddělení lidských zdrojů (angl. HR Business Partner Lead) bude zhodnocen stav systému řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti a vytvořena řada doporučení pro jeho zlepšení pro společnost ADP Employer Services Česká republika, což je hlavním přínosem této diplomové práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the selected areas of the system of human resource management in international companies. The theoretical part is focused on the concept of international human resource management, basic methods, trends and techniques of human resource management in international corporations.The practical part is devoted to analyze the current state of human resources management in ADP Employer Services Česká republika, a.s. - the daughter company of international organization ADP, Inc. Based on my practical research – employee satisfaction survey, observations of internal HR processes in the company and personal interview with the local HR Business Partner Lead I will evaluate the current state of human resource management in the company and make series of recommendations that will help to improve the system of human resources for ADP’s branch in Czech Republic, which is the main contribution of this thesis.
