Abstract:

Diplomová práce Altruismus a egoismus v kontextu dilemat v sociální práce se soustředí na pojetí altruistického chování sociálních pracovníků v rámci jejich profese. Práce se popisuje teoretické vymezení této problematiky v souvislosti s osobností člověka na pozici sociálního pracovníka a jeho vnitřního nastavení, které jej motivovalo k volbě této profese Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy altruismus a egoismus a staví je do kontextu etiky v sociální práci a etických dilemat, která jsou s touto prací spjata Empirická část pak hledá odpověď na otázku, jak jsou motivováni sociální pracovníci k volbě této profese a jak se tato motivace projevuje v jejich rozhodnutích v dilematických situacích.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis Altruism and egoism in the context of the dilemma in social work focuses on the concept of altruistic behavior of social workers within their profession. The thesis describes the theoretical determination of this issue in the context of the human personality to the position of social worker and its internal settings that motivated him to choose this profession The theoretical part defines the concepts of altruism and egoism and puts them into the context of ethics in social work and the ethical dilemmas that are associated with this work Empirical part seeks to answer the question of how social workers are motivated to choose this profession and how this motivation manifests itself in their decisions in a dilemma situations.
