The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a new vegan bistro in Brno, its aim is to develop a marketing plan for the optimal introduction of this bistro. The thesis includes a detailed analysis of the vegan market, including current trends, consumer behaviour and identifies the target group for the restaurant.
