Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá Process Miningem jakožto poměrně novou vědeckou disciplínou, která propojuje vědu o datech a vědu o procesech. Obsahem této práce je vysvětlení Process Miningu a jeho využití. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny podrobnosti o event logu jako o vstupu analýzy. Poté jsou uvedeny a porovnány nejznámější Process Miningové nástroje a nejvyužívanější metody pro analýzu procesu. V závěru práce je realizována vlastní analýza a je vytvořen reálný model procesu ve vybraných nástrojích.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with Process Mining as a relatively new scientific discipline that links Data Science and Process Science. The content of this work is an explanation of the Process Mining and its use. Further, the thesis is giving details of the event log as the input of the analysis. Then, the paper lists and compares the most well-known Process Mining tools and the most widely used process analysis methods. At the end of the thesis is realized own analysis and creation of real model of the process in selected tools.
