Abstract:

Anotace Ve své práci se zabývám vytvořením různých muzikoterapeutických programů pro seniory, s různými cíli a technikami práce. Práce může sloužit k inspiraci pro další programy, ne však jako konkrétní návod. Každá skupina je jiná a program je nutno podle toho změnit. Obsahem teoretické části je charakteristika muzikoterapie, její definice, druhy, metody, struktura a vliv muzikoterapie na člověka obecně. Dále se zde vymezuje pojem senior, možné odlišnosti od jiných skupin klientů a specifiky využití muzikoterapie pro seniory. V praktické části jsou popsány čtyři konkrétní muzikoterapeutické lekce pro seniory, které byly vytvořeny pro otevřenou skupinu seniorů z denního stacionář Horizont. Lekce byly vícekrát vyzkoušeny s různými skupinami. Na konci každého programu je uvedena reflexe klientů a sebereflexe autorky. Z toho potom vychází závěrečné hodnocení, jak je který program vhodný pro konkrétní skupinu.

Abstract:

Summary: In my final essay, I deal with creation of variety musical-therapeutic programs for a group of seniors, with different goals and methods. It may to offer an inspiration for another programs, but not like particular manual. Every group is different and on the basis, program has to be changed. Content of theoretical part is describing the term „the music therapy“, e.g. definition, types, techniques, structure and effect on human being in general. There is also specified the term senior, various differences in contrast with other groups of clients and particularity of use music therapy for seniors. The practical part consists of description of four concrete music-therapy lessons for seniors, which were created for open group of clients of day-care centre Horizont. Lessons were tried multiple times with different groups. At the end of every program, reflection of clients and self-reflection of the author were announced. From these reflections and self-reflection, I made a final assessment of applicable program for particular group.
