Relevance of knowledge management for a company

Abstract:

V diplomové práci na téma management znalostí pojednávám o managementu znalostí v praxi organizace. Popisuji s využitím citací z literatury vývoj managementu znalostí, organizační struktury a explicitní, implicitní a tacitní znalosti. Dále rozebírám organizační jednotky, komunity, informační systémy a sdílení znalostí v praxi organizace. V teoretické části jsou také popsány rozdíly mezi komunitou a týmem. V aplikační části své práce „Význam managementu znalostí pro organizaci“ se věnuji organizační struktuře firmy a vlivem organizační struktury na sdílení znalostí. Dále popisuji informační systémy a sdílení znalostí. Vzhledem k aktuálnosti jsem do práce zařadil i problém black – out s vazbou na znalosti. V práci uvádím výsledky provedeného výzkumu na téma management znalostí a dílčí závěry. Mým cílem je zhodnotit aplikovanou organizační strukturu, podporu sdílení znalostí a komunit. Zhodnotit význam tacitních znalostí pro firmu. Vyvrátit či potvrdit hypotézy z provedeného výzkumu. Zjistit a upozornit na případné nedostatky.

Abstract:

My dissertation work with the topic knowledge management deals about the knowledge of management in practice of the company. I am describing here development of knowledge management with a use of quotes, organizational structures and explicit, implicit and tacit knowledge. Next I analyze organizational units, communities, information systems and knowledge using in organizations. In the theoretical part I also describe differences between a community and a team. In the application part of my work “Importance of knowledge management for organizations” I addict to firm organization structure and to influence of organization structure with using of knowledge. Next I am describing informational systems and knowledge using. According to recency I have added black-out problem with connection to knowledge. In my work I mention the results made from research on management knowledge topic and particular conclusions. My goal is to evaluate application organizational structure, support of knowledge and community using. To evaluate importance of tacit knowledge in the company. Confirm or disconfirm hypotheses made in the research. To find out and point out eventual disadvantages.
