Noise measurement in the factory

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá měřením hluku ve výrobním podniku. V teoretické části se zabývá tím, co je to hluk a jak se šíří. Věnuje se základům akustiky stavební, fyzikální a elektroakustiky. Dále popisuje vývoj legislativy týkající se hlukových limitů v pracovním prostředí a také současné limity v České republice. Poukazuje na sjednocování hlukových limitů v Evropské unii. V krátkosti se věnuje zdravotním rizikům hluku. Dále popisuje zařízení, která používáme k měření hluku. Následně ukazuje metody, kterými lze snížit hlukovou zátěž ve výrobním podniku a vytváří koncepci návrhu výrobního podniku z hlediska hlukové ergonomie. V praktické části provádí měření hluku ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Zde provádí měření směny v kanceláři, kdy má za úkol zjistit, zdali zde výroba neovlivňuje hluk. Další měření směny probíhá přímo ve výrobní hale. Výsledky těchto osmihodinových měření graficky zpracovává, vyhodnocuje splnění legislativních požadavků a zpracovává možná opatření ke snížení hlukové zátěže.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the measurement of noise in a manufacturing company. The theoretical part deals with what noise is and how it spreads. It deals with the basics of building acoustics, physical acoustics and electroacoustics. It also describes the development of legislation concerning noise limits in the working environment as well as current limits in the Czech Republic. It points to the unification of noise limits in the European Union. He briefly deals with the health risks of noise. It also describes the devices we use to measure noise. It then shows the methods by which the noise load can be reduced in a manufacturing plant and creates a design concept for a manufacturing plant in terms of noise ergonomics. In the practical part, it performs measurements of noise in a selected factory. Here he carries out shift measurements in the office, where his task is to find out whether factory production does not affect noise. Further measurement of the shift takes place directly in the factory hall. It graphically processes the results of these eight-hour measurements, evaluates compliance with legislative requirements and processes possible measures to reduce noise pollution.
