Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou firemní kultury a interní komunikace. V jaké míře jsou pro společnost zásadní a jakými nástroji je možné dosahovat jejich cílů a strategií. V teoretické části se autor zabývá prvky, nástroji, podstatou a strukturou firemní kultury. Dále rozebírá téma interní komunikace, kde se zaměřuje především na formy a prostředky interní komunikace, její nástroje a bariéry. V praktické části je analyzován stav v konkrétní společnosti. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a interpretace jeho výsledků se autor zabývá bariérami v hlavních tématech práce a vysvětluje, jak se tyto problémy mohou promítnout do efektivity celé společnosti. Tato praktická část obsahuje návrhy, postupy a doporučení ke zlepšení firemní kultury a interní komunikace společnosti a tím také zvýšení produktivity a zefektivnění výkonu zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

Abstract This masters’ thesis focuses on issues regarding corporate culture and internal communication. Specifically, to what extent they are essential for society and what tools can be used to achieve its strategic goals. In the theoretical part, author deals with elements, tools, essence and structure of corporate culture. Topic of internal communication is also discussed ,where the main focus is given mainly to the forms, means, tools and barriers of internal communication. The practical part analyses a situation of a particular company. By conducting a survey and interpretating its results, the author studies the barriers of the main topics in this thesis and explains how these problems can be reflected in the entire company’s effectivity. This practical part consists of suggestions, procedures and recommendations for improving the company’s culture and internal communication, thereby elaborating on how these can have effect on increasing productivity and improving employee’s performance.
