Savost netkaných textilií obsahujících superabsorpční vlákna

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá savostí netkaných textilií obsahujících 50 % SAP vláken a 50 % vláken polyesterových a bikomponentních. Byl měněn procentuální poměr bikomponentních a polyesterových vláken, typ polyesterových vláken a plošná hmotnost materiálu. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký vliv mají změny parametrů netkané textilie na její savost. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny vlastnosti makromolekulárních látek, tedy polymerů, ze kterých jsou vyráběna vlákna pro výrobu netkaných textilií. Dále je popsána zejména výroba netkaných textilií a důležité vlastnosti superabsorpčních vláken. Experimentální část je zaměřena na porovnání savosti vyrobených netkaných textilií. Výsledky měření a vyhodnocení se nachází v závěrečné části.

Abstract:

This work is focused on the absorbency of nonwoven fabrics containing 50% SAP fibers and 50% polyester and bicomponent fibers. The percentage of bicomponent and polyester fibers, the type of polyester fibers and the basis weight of the material were changed. The aim of the work is to determine the effect of changing the parameters of nonwoven fabric on its absorbency. The theoretical part explains the properties of macromolecular substances, wich are called polymers, from which fibers are made for the production of nonwovens. The production of nonwovens and important properties of superabsorbent fibers are described below. The experimental part is focused on comparison of absorbency of produced nonwovens. The results of measurement and evaluation are in the final part.
