Riadne opravné prostriedky proti rozhodnutiam správnych orgánov

Proper remedies against decisions of administrative authorities
Abstract:
The aim of this Bachelor work is to familiarize oneself with the law adaptation of proper remedies against decisions of administrative authorities. The structure of the work is such as to give complex view of remedies, orientated on proper remedies before the verdict acquires validity. The Bachelor work is sectionalized into 3 chapters, where each section is consequential.
Abstract:
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je oboznámenie sa z právnou úpravou riadnych opravných prostriedkov v správnom konaní. Práca je štruktúrovaná, tak aby podala komplexný pohľad na opravné prostriedky v správnom konaní, so zameraním na riadne opravné prostriedky pred nadobudnutím právoplatnosti rozhodnutí. Bakalárska práca sa člení na tri kapitoly, pričom jednotlivé časti na seba nadväzujú.
