Abstract:
Diplomová práce zkoumá deficity v zapojení ČR do mezinárodních instrumentů ochrany lidských práv. Konkrétně se jedná o analýzu předem definovaného okruhu mezinárodních lidskoprávních smluv, u nichž je vyhodnocován jejich deficit stanovený na základě mezinárodního práva a českého ústavního práva. Tyto smlouvy jsou poté v souladu s kritérii deficitu analyzovány za účelem zodpovězení výzkumné otázky. …more

Diploma thesis explores deficiencies in the Czech Republic’s engagement in international human rights instruments. Specifically, the thesis focuses on the analysis of in advance defined range of human rights treaties, to evaluate their deficiencies which were specified before by international law and Czech constitutional law.
