Diplomová práce „Příprava učebních materiálů pro odborný předmět Stolniční“ pojednává o učebnicích a zabývá se analýzou učebnic pro odborný předmět stolničení. The dissertation „ Preparation of Teaching Materials for Specialized Subject Table Setting“ deals with textbooks and analysis of various textbooks for subject table setting. Part of this thesis is the exploratory survey of which main goal was to find out teachers preferred textbooks for subject table setting.
