Tourist attractions in the border zone - Karviná and its surroundings

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis focuses on the tourist attractions of Karviná and its surroundings. The increasing attractiveness of the city of Karvina is an opportunity for the further development of tourism, which can bring benefits and economic activity for the city. For this, it is necessary to identify the main monument zones for tourists and Karvina should be presented not only as a city of mining traditions, but also as a spa town or a city that has countless opportunities for tourists, businessmen, investors and entrepreneurs. The aim of the thesis is to create the most effective plan for visiting the city, or its surroundings for tourists or investors from Poland. Due to the location of Karwina, which is a typical border city, I focused mainly on Polish tourists and investors.

Abstract:

Praca licencjacka zwraca uwagę na atrakcje turystyczne miasta Karwina i okolicy. Wzrastająca atrakcyjność miasta Karwina jest szansą dla kolejnego rozwoju ruchu turystycznego, który może przynieść korzyści i aktywność gospodarczą dla miasta. Do tego trzeba dobrze określić główne strefy zabytkowe dla turystów i przedstawić Karwinę nie tylko jako miasto tradycji górniczych, ale także jako miasto zdrojowe lub miasto oferujące wiele turystom, przedsiębiorcom, inwestorom i handlowcom. Celem pracy jest stworzenie najbardziej efektywnego planu zwiedzania miasta, ewentualnie jego okolicy dla turystów lub inwestorów z Polski. Ze względu na położenie Karwiny, która jest typowym miastem przygranicznym, koncentrowałem uwagę przede wszystkim na polskich turystach i inwestorach.
