The diagnostic of reaction-speed abilities of football goalkeepers

Abstract:

V mnoha sportovních odvětvích patří rychlost a reakce k nejdůležitějším hodnotám. Rychlost hry se neustále zvyšuje a to znamená, že nároky na hráče, zvláště pak na brankáře rostou. Post fotbalového brankáře patří k nejdůležitějším rolím v týmu. Úspěšný fotbalový brankář je rychlý, má dobrou reakci a je velice hbitý. Práce obsahuje diagnostiku reakčně-rychlostních schopností 4 fotbalových brankářů na různých soutěžních úrovních, zkoumaných testem Fitro Agility Check. V práci je také často zmíněn anglický pojem agility, jehož znalost je nutná při diagnostikování reakčně-rychlostních schopností

Abstract:

In many kinds of sport are velocity and reaction two the most important worths. Velocity or speed of play grows all the time and it means that requirements upon players, especially upon goalkeepers, go up. As being for a post of a football goalkeeper, we can say, that it belongs to the most important ones in a team. A successful football goalkeeper is quick, has a good reaction and is very agile. This work contains a diagnostics of reactive ? velocity skills of four football goalkeepers, playing on the various level of competition, which are tested by a test called Fitro Agility Check. There is an english term agility mentioned often in the work. Knowledge of this term is necessary when we strive to diagnose speed and reaction.
