Change in the form of housing in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vývojem bydlení vlastnického, nájemního a družstevního s cílem porozumět změně ve formě bydlení v ČR, která zde probíhá od roku 1989. Vývoj je analyzován od 19. století až po současnost a zaobírá se těmi nejvýznamnějšími udá-lostmi. V rámci novodobé historie se práce věnuje zejména vlivu hypotečních bank, stavebních spořitelen či deregulaci nájemného. Významnou roli sehrává též analýza …more

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of owner-occupied housing, rental housing and cooperative housing in order to understand the change in the form of housing in the Czech Republic, which has been taking place since 1989.
