Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá tématem správy v oblastech, která byla v říjnu roku 1938 na základě uzavření mnichovské dohody odtržena od Československa. Tzv. oblast Sudet byla v době první republiky obydlená velice početnou německou národnostní menšinou, která v druhé polovině 30. let 20. století využila globální radikální situace a prosadila ve spolupráci s nacistickou stranou své odtržení od Československa. Vzniklo tak zcela specifické území, které bylo potřeba spravovat s ohledem na jeho historii, stejně jako s ohledem na říšskoněmecké potřeby. V předkládané práci jsou v chronologickém pořadí představeny jednotlivé kroky vedoucí ke konečné podobě správy v sudetoněmeckých oblastech ukotvené v zákonech z března a dubna 1939.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of administration in the areas that was withdrawn from Czechoslovakia in October 1938 following the conclusion of the Munich Agreement. The so-called the Sudetenland area was inhabited by a very large German national minority during the first republic, which used the global radical situation in the second half of the 1930s and, in cooperation with the Nazi Party, had seceded from Czechoslovakia. This created a very specific territory that needed to be managed in the light of its history, as well as with regard to the needs of the Reichsland. In the present work, the chronological order presents the individual steps leading to the final form of administration in the Sudeten German areas, which are laid down in the laws of March and April 1939.
