Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem využitelnosti území dané lokality pro výstavbu rodinných domů, a to konkrétně pro parcelu číslo 83/2 v katastrálním území Krásný Les a rozpracováním variant dispozic konkrétních rodinných domů. Práce je vypracována na základě geodetického zaměření parcely, platného územního plánu města Krásného Lesa a zjištění existence sítí. Výsledkem je návrh využitelnosti daného území pro výstavbu rodinných domů, který popisuje řešení jednotlivých aspektů podmiňujících výstavbu rodinných domů. Dále návrh dispozice konkrétního rodinného domu na části výše zmíněné parcely. V teoretické části se zabývá problematikou územně plánovací dokumentace a vymezením jednotlivých územních hodnot.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the draft of utilization of the particular area for the construction of detached houses, particularly parcel no. 83/2 in cadastre unit of Krásný Les, and elaboration of the layout of the particular detached house. The thesis is based on a geodetic design of the parcels, a valid plan of cadastre unit of Krásný Les city and it is also based on location of the network. The result is a draft of utilization of the particular area for the construction of detached houses. The draft contains the solution of each aspects which determines the construction of detached houses. Hereafter, the draft of the layout of the particular detached house upon the above-mentioned parcel. In theoretical part, the thesis deals with the issues of areal planning documentation and demarcation individual areal values.
