Systemic enzymoterapia after surgery - knee TEP

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá účinností užívání systémové enzymoterapie u pacientů po operaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie kolene, charakteristika artrózy kolene, a možnosti operačního řešení s důrazem na aloplastiku. Teoretická část je dále zaměřena na léčebné využití enzymů pomocí systémové enzymoterapie v pooperační péči. V praktické části je použit kvantitativní průzkum pro vyhodnocení průběhu hojení rány po operaci. Průzkum se konal pomocí dvou dotazníkových šetření. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda systémová enzymoterapie napomáhá zkrátit dobu hospitalizace.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the effectiveness of the use of systematic enzyme therapy for patients after total knee arthoplasty surgery. The work contains a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of a knee, the characteristics of osteoarthritis of a knee, and the possibilitis of surgical treatment with emphasis on alloplasty. The theoretical part is further focused on the therapeutic use of enzymes using systematic enzyme therapy in the postoperative care. In the practical part, a quantitative survey is used to evaluate the course of wound healing after the surgary. The survey was conducted using two questionnaire surveys. The main goal of the bachelor thesis was to find out whether systematic enzyme therapy helps to shorten the hospital stay.
