Analysis of samples in form of thin layer using LIBS spectrometry

Abstract:

Předkládaná disertační práce je věnována analýze tenkých vrstev pomocí LIBS spektrometrie. V první dílčí části práce je diskutována problematika analýzy práškových vzorků ve formě tenké vrstvy, dále pak vliv optimalizace experimentálních podmínek, vliv formy vzorku a vliv atmosféry v ablační komoře na stanovení F ve vzorcích organických pigmentů. Druhý dílčí cíl je zaměřen na problematiku analýzy kapalin na pevném nosiči. Vzorky šperků s vysokým obsahem Cd byly vyluhovány v simulovaném roztoku lidského potu, tyto výluhy byly následně nanášeny na pevný nosič a následně analyzovány pomocí LIBS spektrometru. V této části práce je diskutován především vliv volby pevného nosiče a optimalizace experimentálních podmínek. Třetí dílčí cíl práce popisuje analýzu ultratenké antikorozní vrstvy s obsahem Cr na ocelovém plechu, jenž analyzovaný prvek rovněž obsahoval. Diskutován je především vliv experimentálních podmínek na analýzu a jejich optimalizace.

Abstract:

The presented dissertation focuses on analysis of thin layers using LIBS spectrometry. The first part of the thesis discusses the problem of the analysis of powder samples in the form of a thin layer, the influence of optimization of experimental conditions, influence of the sample form and the influence of the atmosphere in the ablation chamber on determination of fluorine in organic pigments. The second sub-goal focuses on the problem of solid-state liquid analysis. Samples of jewellery with high content of cadmium were leached into an artificial human sweat solution, these extracts were then applied to a solid support and subsequently analysed using a LIBS spectrometer. This part of the thesis discusses the effect of solid carrier and optimization of experimental conditions. The third part of this thesis describes the analysis of the ultra-thin anticorrosion layer containing chromium on steel sheet, which also contained the analysed element. The major impact of the experimental conditions on the analysis and their optimization is discussed.
