Abstract:

Ústředním motivem této práce je historický pohled na kořeny vývoje a teoretické ukotvení koučinku a především přehled výzkumných studií a jejich závěrů, jejich přínos hodnotí a uvádí v relevantních souvislostech. V současné době neexistuje v české, ani zahraniční literatuře přehledová publikace, zabývající se výše uvedenou problematikou. Mezi odbornou i laickou veřejností tak panuje v souvislosti s koučinkem řada přesvědčení, která se, z velké části, nezakládají na odborných teoretických základech. K dispozici je řada populárních příruček, které se koučinku věnují převážně vzhledem k jeho praktickému využití, neopírají se však o adekvátní teoretická východiska.

Abstract:

The principal theme of this work is a historical view of the origines of development as well as the theorethical establishing of coaching but most of all it is a survey of research studies and their conclusions. It evaluates their contributions and gives them in relevant connections. At present there is no survey publication dealing with the above mentioned issues either in the Czech or in foreign literature. Due to this fact there are persuasions, both among the experts and laymen concerning coaching which are mostly not based on expert theorethical bases. A number of popular handbooks dealing with coaching mainly with its practical use is available, nevertheless, they are not based on appropriate theorethic basis.
