Abstract:

Práce "Paušální výdaje" se zabývá současnou situací a vývojem paušálních výdajů v České republice a následně porovnává využití paušalizace ve vybraných státech Evropské unie. Problematika paušálních výdajů je v současné době velice aktuální a v této práci bude čtenáři blíže představena. V práci je na modelových příkladech ukázáno využití paušálních výdajů, aplikace zavedených restrikcí a je také porovnána daňová zátěž podnikatele a daňová zátěž zaměstnance. Důležitá data byla získána pomocí vlastního dotazníkového šetření. Také je ukázán vývoj oblíbenosti paušálních výdajů mezi poplatníky a vývoj inkasa daně vybrané od podnikatelů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with an actual situation and with an evolution of flat-rate expenses in Czech Republic and at the end compares possibilities of using flat rate simplification in selected countries of European Union. Nowadays, the issue of flat-rate expenses is very actual and in this thesis the issue will be clarified to the reader. In this thesis, through the use of model situations is shown the usage of flat-rate expenses and aplication of restrictions together with comparing taxation of employees and self-employed. Data were obtained by my own questionnaire. Also there is shown an evolution of popularity of flat-rate expenses and evolution of income to state budget from personal income tax.
