Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá dědičnými trombofilními stavy. V úvodní části je popsán princip hemostázy a vysvětleny pojmy s hemostázou související, jako jsou hemokoagulace a fibrinolýza. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na poruchy hemostatické rovnováhy. The presented bachelor's thesis deals with hereditary thrombophilic conditions. In the introductory part, the principle of hemostasis is described, and concepts related to hemostasis such as hemocoagulation and fibrinolysis are explained.
