Hereditary Thrombophilic Disorders

Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá dědičnými trombofilními stavy. V úvodní části je popsán princip hemostázy a vysvětleny pojmy s hemostázou související, jako jsou hemokoagulace a fibrinolýza. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na poruchy hemostatické rovnováhy. Stěžejní část je věnována trombofilii, která může vést až k závažnému vzniku žilní trombózy, a dále jsou stručně charakterizovány trombofilní stavy. Poslední část práce je věnována problematice specifické mutace faktoru V Leiden, jedné z nejvíce rozšířených dědičných trombofilií, její charakterizaci, klinickým projevům onemocnění, možnostem diagnostiky, léčby a prevence.

Abstract:

The presented bachelor's thesis deals with hereditary thrombophilic conditions. In the introductory part, the principle of hemostasis is described, and concepts related to hemostasis such as hemocoagulation and fibrinolysis are explained. The second part of the thesis focuses on disorders of hemostatic balance. A central part is devoted to thrombophilia, which can lead to severe venous thrombosis, and thrombophilic conditions are briefly characterized. The last part deals with the specific factor V Leiden mutation, one of the most widespread inherited thrombophilia, its characterization, clinical manifestations of the disease, diagnostic, treatment, and prevention options.
