Prevention of infections at the surgical site
Abstract:
Práce je věnována problematice infekcí spojených se zdravotní péčí, zejména infekci v místě chirurgického výkonu. Zabývá se epidemiologií a patogenezí, v práci jsou popsány projevy IMCHV, rizikové faktory pro rozvoj této infekce a možnosti prevence. Byla vypracována retrospektivní studie zaměřená na pacientky operované na oddělení gynekologie s projevem infekce v místě chirurgického výkonu.
Abstract:
The thesis is deals with the hospital acquired infections, especially the surgical site infection. It studies epidemiology and pathogenesis. The thesis describes the symptoms of SSI, the risk factors for the development of this infection and the possibility of prevention.
